New Company Sales Record
Tuesday, April 27th, 2010The Redwoods Company recently announced that they have exceeded their company sales record with 4 selling days remaining in the month of April. President Mischa Redmond stated “we are fortunate to have so many hard working reps that are dedicated to taking care of their customers. As a result our local referrals are way up and this is driving our much higher sales totals. We are fortunate to be 20% ahead of projections for the month of April.” The Redwoods Company continues to set the bar for customer service and local sales support.
VIP Program Training
Monday, April 5th, 2010Mischa Redmond in conjunction with Kelly Schneider launched V 2.0 of the Redwoods VIP program for merchants. Five agents attended the first every training class for this program. All five passed their test and are now VIP certified. Mischa Redmond is very excited about the new program, calling it “a groundbreaking, affordable and personalized marketing program for small merchants.” Mischa Redmond further states “our local VIP merchants will receive direct one on one support from the own personal concierge. There is really nothing like it in the industry today. Local, small merchants need an affordable option to compete with the big box stores that are stealing their market share. We believe our program achieves that objective.”
